32 Degrees Whisper Paintball Barrel Review
The 32 Degrees Whisper paintball marker barrel is designed to put the ball where you want it, and with its unigue small to large barrel porting it makes less noise and creates less wobble as the ball leaves the barrel. Available in 12" and 14" lengths in black, blue, red, silver, and green anodized chrome finishes. Available for Tippmann Model 98, A5, Spyders, Autococker, Angel. Summary: The Whisper is a passable upgrade from a stock barrel. More quiet and accurate than stock. Reviews When you read a barrel's reviews, patterns can be seen. The following points have been compiled from various 32 Degrees reviews. From 25 of 141 reviews: Strengths • The Whisper is quiet, but not really quiet. • This 32 Degrees barrel is accurate, but not really accurate, though much better than stock. • The Whisper does not break paintballs. • One player reported this barrel was self cleaning. • $50 Weaknesses • It's hard to clean the porting holes on this 32 Degrees barrel if a paintball breaks. One player suggested you run the squeegee through, then block the end of the barrel with your plug and dry fire it; this will clean the porting holes. Comments • There was a lot of disagreement about whether the Whisper was quiet or accurate. Some thought it was, others thought it wasn't. • Some players thought this barrel was not too picky about paint. A lot of paints were recommended; some include Draxxus.
